This book is in great condition, almost brand new. Description accurate. It is perfect for my pharmacy law class and even though I chose the older edition, all of the information contained in it, has so far been sufficient. Highly recommend this seller, received quickly. This is a fairly easy to read text that is helpful in preparing for the pharmacy boards. It provides essential coverage of pertinent information needed in the everyday practice of pharmacy. As a pharmacy intern I found this text not only excellent for board review but also as a continuing source for reference as a pharmacist. It is divided into varioius chapters with relavent and useful case studies. It also raises day-to-day ethical questions in the practice of pharamcy that you may encounter. If you're looking for a comprehensive, easy-to-follow book on pharmacy practice, both in hospital and retail based environments, then this is the book for you.

This is a great review of pharmacy law practice. I guarantee by reading this book thoroughly, you will have an understanding and an appreciation of law practice. Heck, you might even go to law school yourself. There are a great many examples of past cases that are and will be relevant in the way you practice your profession. It is very thorough and should belong in the bookshelf in the home or workplace of any pharmacist for as long as they practice.
